Do you use Magpul BAD Lever for Option 3 starts?

I got them on all my .223 ARs, but mainly to manually lock the bolt back without having to do some weird regripping of the rifle.
For reloads, I kind of use my thumb on the back side of the magazine, as you use your index finger on the front side of pistol mags, to guide the mag and slip over the left side of the receiver and end up pretty much where the bolt catch is. However this probably won't work if you got a big magazine well/jet funnel/...

Personally I don't really see the point, and it is a negligent discharge waiting to happen. But to each their own, as long as they are aware of the risks.

I've installed the Phase 5 Extended Bolt Release Version 3 my PCC. Improved control of the bolt action, empty mags
and unloaded starts with open bolt. The control is far enough away from the trigger in the trigger guard to avoid accidental manipulations.
